Windsurfing

Learn to windsurf or improve your technique on Europe`s largest lagoon, the Mar Menor. The permanently warm waters and predictable winds provide perfect windsurfing conditions. Learn from an instructor with your board or one provided by one of the sailing and windsurfing schools in the La Manga area. As an alternative to windsurfing learn to use a Kayak, available as singles and doubles. Take half or full day "Safaris" to explore the protected wildlife of the Mar Menor lagoon.

Due to the nature of windsurfing in a lagoon 21km long and up to 10km wide, you have freedom to cover as much water as you feel comfortable with. Small islands with their own restaurants and bars are a short distance away. Surf there for a break.
