This week we will talk about <strong>typicial products of<\/strong> our region, <strong>the region of Murcia<\/strong>. There is everything, from <strong>food and drinks to desserts and coffees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Paparajote<\/strong><\/em>. It is a typical dessert from\u00a0Murcia. <strong>It is made from the leaves of lemon covered with a mass of egg and flour.<\/strong> These are fried and then sprinkled powdered sugar and cinnamon on top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This dessert was introduced by the Arabs in the city of Murcia<\/strong>, and the peasants of the time they did and took after each meal with coffee.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_313\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-313\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-313 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-313\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Paparajote<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liquor 43.<\/strong> The liquor 43 is an alcoholic beverage that <strong>is made in the city of Cartagena<\/strong>. 43 citrus, fruits and spices of the Mediterranean, plus egg are needed to brew this liquor. <strong>It has a golden color and a sweet taste.<\/strong> It contains 43% alcohol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Until 2012 it was made in the factory district of San Anton in Cartagena<\/strong>. Now the factory has moved to the industrial area of Los Camachos, near Cartagena. This liquor is closely linked to the following product which we will see as it is one of its main ingredients.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_310\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-310\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/4271.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-310 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/4271-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"4271\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-310\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Liquor 43<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Asiatico<\/em> coffee<\/strong>. It is an alcoholic drink made of coffee. <strong>It is typical of the city of Cartagena and is one of the most important products of the gastronomy of the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are coffee, condensed milk, cognac, a few drops of Licor 43, a small slice of lemon, cinnamon and 2 coffee beans. <strong>It is served in a special glass,<\/strong> with glass thicker than normal, to hold the heat collapse.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_327\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-327\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/asiatico-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-327 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/asiatico-1-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"asiatico (1)\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-327\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Asiatico coffee<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jumilla wine.<\/strong> Jumilla wines are wines <strong>with Spanish designation of origin.<\/strong> The grape varieties are<strong> Monastrell, Garnacha grape Grenache dyer<\/strong>, among other &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The appellation covers 42,000 hectares of vineyards, divided in 7 municipalities of Albacete and Jumilla.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_314\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-314\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/vino1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-314 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/vino1-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"vino1\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-314\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Wine from Jumilla<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Caldero<\/strong><\/em>.
