Esta semana vamos a hablar de <strong>5 productos t\u00edpicos de<\/strong> nuestra regi\u00f3n, <strong>la Regi\u00f3n de Murcia<\/strong>. Hay de todo, desde <strong>comidas y bebidas hasta postres y caf\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paparajote. Es un postre t\u00edpico de la huerta murciana<\/strong>. Est\u00e1 hecho a base de hojas de limonero recubiertas de una masa de huevo y harina. Estos se fr\u00eden y m\u00e1s tarde se espolvorea az\u00facar en polvo y canela por encima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Este postre fue introducido por los \u00e1rabes<\/strong> en la ciudad de Murcia, y los campesinos de la \u00e9poca lo hac\u00edan y tomaban despu\u00e9s de cada comida con el caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_313\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-313\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-313 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"paparajote-murciano-1-1024x1008\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-313\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Paparajotes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Licor 43.<\/strong> El licor 43 <strong>es una bebida alcoh\u00f3lica que se elabora en<\/strong> la ciudad de <strong>Cartagena<\/strong>. Para su elaboraci\u00f3n son necesarios <strong>43 c\u00edtricos, frutas y especias del mediterr\u00e1neo<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de huevo. Tiene un color dorado y un sabor dulce. Contiene un 43% de alcohol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hasta el a\u00f1o 2012 se elaboraba en la f\u00e1brica del barrio de San Ant\u00f3n<\/strong> en Cartagena. Ahora mismo la f\u00e1brica se ha trasladado al pol\u00edgono industrial de Los Camachos, cerca de Cartagena. Este licor <strong>est\u00e1 muy ligado al siguiente producto<\/strong> que vamos a ver, ya que es uno de sus ingredientes principales.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_310\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-310\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-310 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/4271-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"4271\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-310\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Licor 43<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caf\u00e9 asi\u00e1tico.<\/strong> Es una bebida alcoh\u00f3lica a base de caf\u00e9. Es t\u00edpica de la ciudad de Cartagena y <strong>es uno de los productos m\u00e1s importantes de la gastronom\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los ingredientes son caf\u00e9, leche condensada, co\u00f1ac, unas gotas de Licor 43, un rodaja peque\u00f1a de lim\u00f3n, canela y 2 granos de caf\u00e9. <strong>Se sirve en una copa especial<\/strong>, con un cristal m\u00e1s grueso de lo normal, para que aguante el colapso t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/asiatico-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-327 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.resortchoice.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/asiatico-1-360x240.jpg\" alt=\"asiatico (1)\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9 Asi\u00e1tico<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vino de Jumilla.<\/strong> Los vinos de Jumilla <strong>son vinos con denominaci\u00f3n de origen espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>.
