About Mar de Cristal Beach Resort

Mar de Cristal Resort is located on the shores of the Mar Menor, at the entrance to the La Manga Strip and Cabo de Palos. This charming resort offers a long, sandy beach, a marina, and a variety of bars and restaurants, creating the perfect atmosphere for a coastal getaway.

The heart of the resort features a tennis and padel club, which also houses a gym and offers fitness classes. During the summer, the resort comes alive with vibrant activities, including outdoor cinema screenings, a circus, and a variety of water sports on the beach, such as pedalos and windsurfing.

For convenience, there are two supermarkets open year-round, along with a medical center and a lively weekly market in the summer months.

Mar de Cristal is ideally located near the Calblanque Regional Park, one of the coast’s most pristine and untouched natural landscapes. Its stunning natural beauty includes arid mountains, long golden beaches, secluded coves, fossil dunes, and the clear blue sea, making it an idyllic destination for nature lovers.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to Los Belones, a quaint working village with a selection of bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The village hosts its main fiesta in May, featuring a procession, a fun-filled day on the first Sunday of the month, and a funfair for children.
