This lovely modern bungalow is situated on the Arona complex which is approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has a pretty grassed pool area and there is access from the patio area of the property.

It has well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher and utility area. There are steps to the private roof solarium which is a wonderful area to sunbathe and relax.
