This apartment is located in the Las Gaviotas complex which is a short walk to the beaches of the Mar Manor. The apartment is on the second floor and is south facing. The resort has a large swimming pool open all year and a children's pool. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
This is an ideal location for a family holiday as the complex is close to the beach and the Mar Menor. It is also great for winter breaks where you can enjoy the winter sun from the south facing balcony.
The area of Los Narejos and Los Alcazares has many bars, restaurants and activities including kite surfing, windsurfing, padel and tennis. Close to the apartment complex is a small park with a children's playground. The local market selling everything from fruit and vegetables to tourist gifts is on a Saturday morning and is a walk from the complex.
