The accommodation will host 4 people comfortably with 2 good size bedrooms on the first floor. The main bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms and another shower room on the ground floor. The lounge has a sofa and a large TV. The lounge opens out onto the front terrace and just off the dining area you will find the kitchen and utility room.
This holiday house has a south facing terrace and balcony which is ideal for the winter sun. It also has views over the swimming pool and from the top terrace you can see the golf course.
Roda Golf Resort is located close to the sea and the town of Los Alcazares where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes. The area has lots of activities like boating, tennis, padel, windsurfing, kitesurfing and of course golf.
