This very spacious 5th floor apartment is located just past the port area towards the end of the La Manga strip. Its perfect location means it has stunning views over looking both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor with views all the way across in the distance to Cabo de Palos.
The apartment has 2 very good sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and is bright and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space along with a large en suite bathroom. It also has its own private balcony with beautiful views over the marina.
The second bedroom is just as bright and airy with 2 twin beds and a Juliet balcony with marina views. Adjacent to both bedrooms there is a separate family size bathroom with bath/shower.
The large fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for your holiday stay including a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine which is situated in the separate room utility room.
The living and dining room area is bright and comfortable it has a dining table and chairs, 2 comfortable sofas, and a large smart TV with international channels including the UK.
From this space large glass patio door open out onto a private balcony with amazing views overlooking the port. This is the prefect place to sit and relax, sunbath or have a lovely meal while enjoying beautiful the views.
The apartment is just a few of minutes walking distance from the beach and is a great location for a beach and family holiday.
