There has to be checked that all the machines are working for example our washing machine did not work because the switch in the fuse box was switched off..
There was also a problem with the hub.
May be it Would be Better that there are manuels for tsee more

Hello Kinus, we do a full check of the property before you arrive but items like the washine machine cannot be 100% checked without programming a wash. We do offer a 24/7 support number and I can see we resolved the issue very quickly.

This Arona Penthouse apartment offers a whole host of home comforts for your self catering holiday, the accommodation comprises of 2 good sized bedrooms, offering built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom located between the bedrooms.
The kitchen offers modern appliances which include ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer and microwave, there is a separate utility area which is where the washing machine is located. From the kitchen there is a large lounge/dining area and this has sliding patio doors which leads onto the patio area. The patio area is a great size for eating outdoors and there plenty of room to sunbath here.
