This super modern villa with its own private swimming pool is located in Sucina, Murcia. The villa has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a large terrace with outside seating and views of the pool and the mountains. On the ground level you have a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen with patio doors on two sides leading out onto the terrace and swimming pool area.
One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor salt swimming pool with jets at one end. The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee. Outside you have a large terrace with sunbeds and garden as well as the outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, fridge, sink, oven and hob.
Sucina is a small village just 20 minutes drive from the beaches on the Costa Calida and a great hub to enjoy the many golf courses in the area. The village has everything you need including restaurants, bars, banks, petrol station and a medical centre.

The only problem I could envision would be if there were any mobility issues as the stairs are fairly steep with a sharp turn. There is a downstairs bedroom though.

Excellent Villa had a fantastic time in Sucina and Murcia province. We paid for the pool to be heated due to the time of year which meant we could use it regularly.

For a longer stay (5 weeks for us) we would have expected not to ask for a change of bedlinen and towels. But these were provided after asking although we still had to wash towels & bedlinen but fortunately the weather was good to assist with drying.see more

It appeared that the Villa had not been thoroughly checked before our arrival as no mop/bucket dustpan/brush were available although again they were provided the same day as we requested them. The First Aid box did not contain any plasters. The vacuum cleaner looked like it had never been emptied. Just a general lack of attention to detail and lack of instructions for heating/air-conditioning & hot water boiler.
However, we would be happy to return to this Villa or other through Resort Choice. |

Hemos disfrutado de dos días en villa sol. La casa es espectacular, moderna, espaciosa y muy cómoda. Tiene un baño en cada habitación, el atardecer desde la terraza de arriba se ve precioso. En la zona exterior hay 6 tumbonas perfectas para tomar el see more

En la zona exterior hay 6 tumbonas perfectas para tomar el sol. La piscina tiene hidromasaje y una plataforma muy cómoda para bañarse. La casa cuenta con varias zonas y dos frigoríficos, uno dentro y otro fuera. La barbacoa genial también. La zona es residencial, se puede aparcar en la calle y se ve una zona segura.
