About Mar de Cristal Beach Resort
Mar de Cristal Resort is located on the shores of the Mar Menor on the entrance into La Manga strip and Cabo de Palos. The Resort has a long beach, a marina as well as a selection of bars and restaurants.
There is a tennis and padel club in the heart of the resort that also offers a gym and fitness classes, during the summer months the resort really comes alive with a cinema, circus and activities on the beach like water sports and pedalos.
The resort has 2 supermarkets open all year and a medical centre and weekly market during the summer period.
Mar de Cristal is very close to Calblanque regional park and beaches, one of the best preserved unspoiled natural landscapes on the coast.
Its enormous natural wealth is based on its arid mountains, its long, golden beaches as well as its lonely coves, the formation of its fossil dunes and the blue sea.
A 5 minute drive will take you to Los Belones a small working village with many bars, restaurants, bakeries and shops. The village has its main fiesta in May with a procession, a fun day on the first Sunday of May and the funfair for the children.

What We Do
The area of Mar de cristal is great for family holidays. The Mar Menor is one of the best areas in Spain for watersports, here you can canoe, sail, kite surf, wind surf, fish or just relax in the sun.
If you want a bit more fun then you can visit the go kart centre near to La Manga or maybe a fishing trip out into the Mediterranean sea or venture into scuba diving from Cabo de Palos.
Close by there is a horse riding school where you can take a ride along the beach, La Manga Club is also very close with 3 championship golf courses, bowling anf football pitches. Back in Mar de Cristal there is a teniis and padel centre with courts to hire and lessons by professionals.
